There are a lot of doctors out there that will want you to take all kinds of pills or have some invasive procedures done to get your colon cleansed.  But the simple truth is that they are trying to make a living and you just need the easiest, simplest, and most cost effective way to cleanse that colon once and for all.  Well, it may not be once and for all, but at least it will be squeaky clean for a while.

These home remedies for a healthy colon have been around for a while, but some of them you may not even know about.  Either way, you should be able to learn something and try one or 2 of them to keep that digestive tract running smooth.

1.  The fasting method.
