They are very efficient in detoxification and cleansing of the colon plus they provide the body with the daily amounts of calories that are needed. They are better as compared to sugar, fat and other foods with low nutrients. When you directly use this routine of vegetables and fruits, it protects you from contracting heart diseases or gaining weight which in turn extends your life.

These parasites together with unhealthy diets plus environmental toxins pose a great danger to human beings.
