- 4 ounces of castor oil, followed by warm water enemas
- magnesium citrate

- prune juice, apple sauce, and bran

- yogurt with probiotic cultures
- mint tea with honey
- flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of salt in 20 ounces of water
- lots of soups
- lemon juice, maple syrup, water, cyenne pepper
- apple cider vinegar with plenty of fiber
- omega 3
- grape seed extract
There really is no magic pill you can take to completely solve your digestive problems and even many of the above solutions will not be right or even healthy if you don’t already know your current health status. It is easier to keep your colon healthy than to try to cleanse it after getting everything clogged up. But you would be surprised what some regular exercise would do for you. Getting off the couch and onto the treadmill or hitting the basketball courts can help your blood flow as well as get your colon moving again as well. I have known people who have had more regular bowel movements after beginning to exercise their bodies and that is another reason they have more energy now. Also, just by drinking plenty of water we can keep everything clean in there and avoid having to take costly medicines. Eating lots of processed foods will only lead to digestive issues so when you have to eat them make sure you don’t make a habit out of it.
